1. 2023 Tesla Model S Plaid

Even after a decade, the Tesla Model S remains the gold standard for EV performance. Tesla has kept improving the Model S, culminating in the Plaid trim. It has three electric motors—one at the front and two at the back axle—that generate 1,020 horsepower.
The breathtaking acceleration must be experienced firsthand. As the EV accelerates from a stop, passengers are pulled back into their seats. The adjustable air suspension assists in keeping the hefty Model S level through turns, combining comfort and remarkable agility. It has incredible acceleration and range, and drivers will love the sedan’s strong handling and pleasant ride quality. It’s also quite practical, with a front trunk and a hatchback that opens up to a huge load compartment.

The Sapphire also has front sports seats, ventilated front seats, a heated steering wheel, heated rear seats, motorized rear sunshades, a 21-speaker audio system, and DreamDrive Pro. The Dream Edition outperforms all other EVs in terms of range, with a range of more than 500 miles. The range of the Dream Edition P (Performance) is reduced to 471 miles, although this trim has a combined 1,111 horsepower. As a result, acceleration is scorching, especially in Swift or Sprint modes.
3. 2023 Porsche Taycan Turbo S

4. 2023 Porsche Panamera Turbo S

The Panamera may have four doors, but it is still a Porsche sports vehicle. There are several Porsche Panamera grades available, all of which provide a world-class interior and lively performance, but the Turbo S is the fastest of the lot. All body designs have comfortable front seats and a surprising amount of luggage capacity. While this car is a lot of fun to drive, it might get smoked on curvy roads by some faster competitors.
6. 2023 Audi e-tron GT

It also has a plethora of basic and extra features.

The Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing has a supercharged V8 engine with 668 horsepower, and it not only sounds but also drives like an old-school muscle vehicle. The race from zero to 60 mph takes 3.4 seconds, and on a long enough runway, you can reach speeds of up to 200 mph. The Blackwing is a thrill to drive on winding two-lane roads where you can clip every corner and row your own gears (an automatic gearbox is offered), but because of its well-tuned adaptive suspension, it’s also pleasant to drive in regular traffic.
The cabin is comfortable and somewhat big, with typical tech, safety, and convenience amenities. On the negative side, at $92,000 and over, this Cadillac is a costly sedan, and some of its basic cabin materials don’t look or feel up to snuff. The Blackwing comes standard with a six-speed manual transmission (optional 10-speed automatic), massive Brembo brakes, and an electronic limited-slip rear differential; high-performance carbon-ceramic brakes are available as an option. This Cadillac is one of the few vehicles on our list with a manual transmission.
9. 2023 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat Redeye

The Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat Redeye may be a mouthful, but this powerful sedan is the best high-performance value on the market. Its supercharged 6.2-liter V8 produces a mind-boggling 807 horsepower and 707 pound-feet of torque.
It boasts a top speed of 203 miles per hour, which rivals the quickest automobiles on our list, in addition to supercar-like acceleration. The Redeye’s straight-line prowess is widely known, but owing to a wide track, Brembo performance brakes, and adjustable suspension, it can also tackle a bend.
The steering is swift but unnaturally weighted, making the car appear erratic at times, and there’s some body lean while turning. On the bright side, the brakes bite firmly and give good stopping force, and the tires have excellent traction. The overall impression is one of steadiness rather than quickness. The cabin is roomy for both passengers and cargo, and the Charger rides and handles well for a car of this size. It’s a contemporary muscle automobile.
The Charger’s modernism, on the other hand, is debatable. The cabin has a dated look that feels cheap, there is little conventional driver-assistance equipment, and the Hemi V8 engines, although strong, use premium fuel at an alarming pace.
10. 2023 Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio

The Alfa Romeo Giulia is a sophisticated and precise luxury sedan, and the Quadrifoglio (Italian for “four-leafed clover”) is the performance variation at the top of the range. It has a twin-turbocharged 2.9-liter V6 engine that produces 505 horsepower and 443 pound-feet of torque.
This powerful V6 engine is mated to an eight-speed automated gearbox. The Giulia Quadrifoglio adds a torque-vectoring rear differential, stronger suspension, Brembo performance brakes, and a performance exhaust system to the base model. This Alfa Romeo rewards you with sharp driving and lively performance while being comfortable on most routes. On the negative side, the Giulia’s interior quality and passenger room lag below the competition.
The Giulia comes very close to becoming an ideal sports sedan. It has excellent handling and feels quite nimble and grounded when cornering aggressively. Body leanness is kept to a minimum. You also won’t have to sacrifice riding comfort for agility. The suspension of the Giulia is adjusted to provide a smooth ride even when the road becomes bumpy. However, the brakes are finicky and occasionally give insufficient stopping strength.
